Lake Evan (Snohomish County) is in the North Cascades on the Mountain Loop Highway (FR 20) and can be reached by taking FR 4020. This small, 13 acre lake is a short walk from the parking lot for the trail to Boardman Lake (on FR 4020). The lake lies to the right of the trail, which continues onward and leads to Boardman Lake. Much of the Lake Evan’s shore is muddy or marshy, which can make it difficult to reach the water.
