Northwest Lake Monitoring

The Institute began its Northwest Lake Monitoring program in 2006 as a public service to provide baseline water quality data for local lakes that did not have ongoing water quality monitoring programs. The lakes listed below have been sampled from the shoreline at public access points. We collect samples during spring (low elevation lakes) and late summer (all lakes). Lake names and elevations conform to the USGS Geographic Names Information System.
